RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At TIMEO , we do everything we can to guarantee the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
If your TIMEO smart glasses do not meet your expectations, you have a period of time to return them or request a refund, in accordance with the conditions below.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
After this period, no returns will be accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be new , unused and in its complete original packaging (glasses, charging cable, manual, box, etc.)

Do not present any scratches, signs of wear, impacts or deterioration

Have kept all protective films and accessories
-
Be accompanied by the order number
⚠️ For safety and hygiene reasons, any product that has been activated, paired or used (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connection, voice activation, etc.) cannot be refunded, except in the event of a proven technical defect.
3. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If the product received has a malfunction , a breakdown upon receipt , or does not conform to the order , you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery at contact@timeo.com with the following information:

Photos and/or video of the product concerned
After verification by our technical team, an exchange or a full refund will be offered as appropriate.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
Before any return, please contact our customer service at contact@timeo.com to obtain the return procedure and address.
No returns will be accepted without prior validation.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error by TIMEO or a defective product.
5. REIMBURSEMENT
Once the product has been returned, checked and validated by our team, TIMEO will refund you using the same payment method used when ordering.
Reimbursement is made within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the returned package.
Initial delivery charges are only refunded if the return concerns a defective product or an error on our part.
6. WARRANTY
All TIMEO connected glasses benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and electronic failures not related to misuse.
Excluded from the warranty:

Damage resulting from a fall, shock or mishandling

Exposure to water or excessive heat

Unauthorized software or hardware modifications

Use of non-compliant chargers
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns are not accepted for:

Products used, activated or customized
-
Accessories (cables, cases, protections) opened or used
-
Items on sale or at the end of their line
8. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped .
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled and must be returned after receipt.
